摘要
工程量清单计价是建设单位招投标过程中,招标人按照国家统一的工程量规则提供工程量清单,投标人依据工程量清单,拟建工程的施工方案,结合自身实际情况并考虑风险因素后自主报价的工程造价计价模式。在新的计价模式下,无论是业主、承包商还是工程造价咨询单位进行风险因素分析都是十分必要的。
Engineering Bill Pricing is an engineering cost estimation mode in which tenderees offer engineering bill according to the basic rules of national engineering bill, bidders build under the guidance of the bill and combine their actual situation and consider the risk factors when they propose quotation. Therefore, in the new pricing mode, it is essential for owners, contractors or project cost consulting unit to do risk factor analysis.
