16层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像技术因素与图像质量相关性研究

摘要 目的探讨16层螺旋CT冠状动脉血管成像技术因素与图像质量的相关性。方法436例受检者行16层螺旋CT冠状动脉血管成像检查,将图像行后处理重建显示冠状动脉主干及其主要分支。结果心率对图像质量影响较大,理想心率在55次/分~75次/分,MSCT对冠状动脉主干及其主要分支显示率为80.3%达到诊断要求;选择重建相位窗为75%可提高工作效率;使用注射速率为3.5ml/s,显示冠状动脉清晰且受腔静脉伪影少。 Objective To investigate correlation of the imaging quality and techniques for coronary angiography with 16-slice spiral computed tomography. Materials and Methods Muhislice Spiral Computed Tomography (MSCT) coronary angiography was performed to 436 patients, The reconstructed images were processed, Results The correlation between heart rate and image quality is significant difference, Selected 75% can improved efficiency obviously, With 3.5ml/s, coronary arteries are clearly displayed and fewer artifact of caval vein. Conclusion The ideal image quality of coronary arteries can be obtained with MSCT angiography under given good technical factors.
