不同螺距双源CT冠状动脉成像的图像质量与辐射剂量的对比研究 被引量:10

Effect of Different Pitch on Image Quality and Radiation Dose in Dual Source CT Coronary Artery Angiography: A Comparative Study

摘要 目的对比分析较高心率患者双源CT(DSCT)回顾性心电门控模式下使用与心率相匹配的自动螺距与较大螺距的冠状动脉图像质量和患者辐射剂量。方法搜集心率>70次/分的患者102例,使用DSCT进行冠状动脉成像,根据使用的螺距不同分为自动螺距组(46例)和较大螺距组(56例),分别计算两组冠状动脉CTA时的辐射剂量、冠状动脉的显示率并对其进行比较。结果冠状动脉CTA的有效辐射剂量两组间比较具有统计学差异,较大螺距组的辐射剂量小于自动螺距组的辐射剂量。两组间冠状动脉段的可评价率无统计学差异。结论对于高心率患者,在不影响冠状动脉图像质量的前提下,适当增加螺距可减小辐射剂量。 Objective To compare the image quality and radiation dose between automatic pitch DSCT coronary artery angiography and larger pitch DSCT coronary artery angiography in higher heart rate patients. Methods DSCT coronary artery angiography were performed in 102 patients (heart rate 〉70bpm). The patients were divided into two groups: auto- matic pitch group(46 cases) and higher pitch group(56 cases). The radiation dose and the percentage of good coronary ar- tery segment of the two groups were calculated respectively. Statistical analysis were applied between the two groups. Re- suits The radiation dose of automatic group was larger than that of higher pitch group. There was difference of radiation dose between the two groups. To the display rate of coronary artery segment, there was no difference between the two groups Conclusion For patients with high heart rate, using higher pitch appropriately in the DSCT coronary artery angiography can reduce the radiation dose, and the image quality of coronary artery can be guaranteed.
