摘要
针对精梳机工作时振动问题,建立其钳板轴系统刚-柔耦合动力学模型及中间轴系统动平衡优化模型,进行运动学和动力学仿真,根据对精梳机的动态测试及仿真分析结果,找到精梳机振动的主要原因,并在此基础上提出结构改进方案,降低整机振动。
To the problem vibration of cotton comber, a dynamic model of a rigid-flexible coupling system of nipper shaft and the dynamic balance optimization model of a middle shaft system are built for the kinematics and dynamics simulation in this paper. According to the results of dynamic testing and simulation analysis, the main reasons causing the vibration of cotton comber is revealed. Finally, an improved design of the structure is presented to alleviate the vibration.
