摘要
用ＮＢＴ（四氮唑蓝）光还原法测定首乌提取液对Ｏ２的清除作用。结果表明：首乌提取液对Ｏ２有清除作用。清除率达５０％时首乌浓度相当于０．４５９ｇ生药／ｍｌ，提示首乌有抗衰老作用。
With the method of NBT reduction, we determined the clearing effects of the liquor extracted from Polygoni Multiflori on O 2. The results showed the presence of cleaning effects of the extracted liquor on O 2. When the cleaning rate reached 50%, the concentration of the extracted liquor was equivalent to crude Polygoni Multiflori 0.459g/ml. The data suggest that Polygoni Multiflori take effect on antisenility.
