摘要
弱势群体的大量存在,表明我国社会两极分化的现象日趋严重,并己成为妨碍社会公平实现的重大障碍,影响了社会的稳定与发展。因此,深入研究当代中国的弱势群体问题,尤其是立法保护机制问题,具有一定的现实意义。
The existence of great vulnerable groups shows that the increasingly serious social polarization and it has become a major obstacle of obstructing the realization of social fairness and the steady social development. So it plays a practical role to study Chinese present vulnerable groups, especially the legislation protection.
