摘要
弱势群体是指由于某些自然或社会原因而使得其权利处于不利地位的特定群体。对弱势群体实施宪法保护具有充分的正当性基础,并要基于以人为本、公平正义、特别保护等原则。当前许多国家已经在不同程度上建立起对弱势群体的宪法和法律保护制度,从我国来看,弱势群体权利的宪法保护制度则有待完善。
Disadvantaged groups means the special groups in low social status because of natural or social causes. The constitution protection of them need an ample and legal basis, and abides by the principles such as people-oriented, justice and special protection. At present, many countries have established the constitution or legal protection system of disadvantaged groups in different levels. As to our country, the protection system should be perfected further.
