摘要
回顾并分析了轮胎花纹沟泵气噪声机理及其声学模型,并基于对轮胎变形的力学分析提出了一种轮胎花纹沟泵气噪声的半经验计算模型。该模型直观地体现了几乎所有轮胎设计参数,如花纹沟几何参数、使用因素、结构尺寸和黏弹性参数等对泵气噪声的影响,计算结果与文献中的实验结论及通常的经验定性一致。
The mechanism and acoustic model for tire air pumping noise from tread groove is reviewed and analyzed, and a semi-emperical model for calculating air pumping noise is presented based on the mechanics analysis of tire deformation. The model reflects the influence of almost all the design parameters of tire, such as the geo- metric parameters of pattern groove, operation factors, structure dimensions and viscoelastic parameters, on air pumping noise. The calculated results are in good agreement qualitatively with experiment conclusion in reference literature and common experiences.
