摘要
该文把轮胎的黏性滑水现象模拟为轮胎胎面单元和粗糙路面之间的挤压、动压膜问题。在平均流量模型的基础上,采用数值分析的方法,考虑了轮胎花纹的排水作用,研究了不同的胎面花纹对轮胎附着性能的影响,并对不同花纹胎面单元的压力分布等进行了深入分析。计算结果表明,在选取的几种花纹模型中交叉花纹轮胎的附着性能最好。这些结果为轮胎胎面花纹的抗湿滑设计提供了理论依据。
The viscous hydroplaning of tread was modeled and analyzed. The model is based on average flow model which takes the squeeze action, hydrodynamic action and surface roughness of road into consideration. The effect of drainage of tire tread pattern is also taken into account. Through mathematical analysis, the effects of some different tire tread patterns were compared. In-depth analysis in pressure distribution of tire tread unit was also carried out. The results show that adhesion performance of cross pattern tire tread is better than those of other tire tread patterns analyzed in this article. Therefore theoretical basis is provided for tire tread pattern design on anti-hydroplaning tread.
