牵引滚动摩擦实验机的研制

Development of the Tractive Rolling Fraction Experimental Installation

摘要 以M200型摩擦磨损实验机为基础,保留了M200试验机的加载和传动部分,在上试样轴端联接磁滞制动器作为牵引负载,研制了一种牵引滚动摩擦磨损实验装置;辅以计算机和可编程控制器组成的测试部分能够自动测量摩擦界面的摩擦系数和滑移率。该实验装置对研究牵引滚动摩擦机理和评价牵引滚动摩擦材料的摩擦学性能具有一定的实践意义。 On the basis of M200 type friction abrasion experimental installation, the loading and transmitting section is reserved, and the hysteresis brake serves as the tractive load, which is connected to the shaft end where the sample is mounted, thus the tractive rolling fraction abra- sion experimental installation is developed. The testing unit consisting of the computer and programmable controller is assisted to automati- cally measure the friction coefficient and sliding ratio of the friction interface. The experimental installation has certain practical sense forstudying the tractive rolling friction mechanism and estimating the friction properties of the tractive rolling friction material.
