摘要
介绍学科馆员制度在国内外的发展历史,分析了学科馆员制对人才素质提出的新要求。结合学科馆员的培养和引进工作,分析在培训过程中学习年龄、学习态度、新事物接受能力等对培训可能产生的不良影响,以谋求学科馆员制度能有效地得到实施。
This article presents the development history of the subject librarians system home and abroad and analyses the new requirements for the subject librarians. In order to guarantee the implementation of the system of the subject librarians, the unhealthy tendencies in the age, studying attitudes and the ability of accepting new ideas of the trainers should carefully analyzed in the process of training.
