摘要
文章分析了高校学科馆员制度产生的时代背景,并以清华大学为例介绍了学科馆员的职责。同时对学科馆员素质进行了全面的综述,对学科馆员制度的保障措施进行了探讨。
The paper analyses the background of the system of subject librarian in universities and colleges and introduces the responsibilities of subject librarian through the case of Tsinghua University. The paper also summarizes the quality of subject librarian and discusses the guarantee measures of this system.
