摘要
本文在图书馆信息资源共享的问题中引入了信息资源规划的概念,并提出了信息资源共享的运作过程、实现方法以及图书馆信息资源共享的制约因素及对策。
This article induced the concept of information resource layout on the labrary information resource communion issue, put forward the operation proeedule, realization method of the information resource communion and the restriction factors ＆ countermeasures of the library information resource comminion.
