摘要
用经改进的聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳铁染法,测定了二花脸猪血浆转铁蛋白多态类型,分析了其基因型频率和基因频率,并探讨了猪血浆转铁蛋白多态性与产仔性能和增重速度的相关性。
Transferrin polymorphism was typed plasma from ER-Hualian pigsby polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. Relationship of transferrin types to littersize and daily gain was assessed. Five transferrin genotypes AA, BB, CC, AC,BC were identifed to be controlled by three autosomal codomina nt allelesdesignated as Tf^A, Tf^B, and Tf^C. The genotype frequencies of AA, BB, CC,AC, BC were 0.046 7, 0.0981, 0.3598, 0.1588, 0.0336 4 respectively. The genefrequencies of Tf^A, Tf^B, Tf^C, were 0.1261 ,0.2663, 0.6074 respectively. Therewere on significant (P>0.05) differences in litter size and daily gain amongvarious transferrin genotypes.
