摘要
利用超声波作用,提取火棘果红色素,考察了影响火棘果红色素提取的因素,包括提取溶剂、提取酸度、提取时间、物料比等,结果表明,超声波作用下提取火棘果色素的最佳条件是:溶剂为95%乙醇、pH=1、物料比1:16、提取时间30min、提取级数为二级,产率为26.9%,色价等于6.13。超声提取方法具有无毒、高效、快速等特点。测定了色素的抗氧化能力:在色素浓度为1.8g/L时,羟基自由基清除率大于60%,超氧阴离子自由基的清除率大于27%。
The techniques of pigment extraction from pyracanthafortuneana by ultrasonic, the factors affecting the extraction such as the solvent.time proportion of material, series and pH were studied, The result of the ex- periment show that the optimum condition could be obtained by 95 % ethanol solvent under pHI for 30 min with material ratio 1:16 and two times of extraction ,the yield is 26.9 %, the pigment content is 6.13. The method is unharmful, efficient and quick. When the concentration of pigment equal to 1.8 g/L, scavenging capacity to hydroxyl radical 〉 60 % and superoxide anion radical 〉 27 %.
