摘要
计划经济时代的单位制度仍然在精神层面上存在于学校管理过程之中,并对学校的组织伦理氛围产生重要影响,使得学校看起来像个大家庭,成员之间一团和气,而实际上其中却蕴藏着复杂的利益冲突和人际矛盾。要改变这一状况,需要我们借鉴社会资本理论,重建学校的伦理价值,形成信任机制、共同规范等伦理秩序。
The spiritual nature of the unite system from planned economy time still exists in the process of management of school today, and still has fundamentally influence to the organizational ethic of school. Which concretely embodies in. the school looks like a whole family, with members have very good relationship each other. But actually there is lots of interest conflict and interpersonal intense. To reconstruct the value and order of school's ethic, people need draw from the theory of social capital and use the trust system and common rules.
