摘要
通过对C市两所高校(民办和公办各一所)教师工作满意度的调查研究表明:民办高校教师的工作满意度低于公办高校教师的工作满意度,两者之间存在显著差异。在调查量表内五因素的比较分析中发现,民办高校教师工作满意度的"学校管理"、"工作环境"、"工作回报"等三个因素均值显著低于公办高校教师的满意度均值。回归分析表明,"工作回报"因素对工作满意度的线性贡献最大,也就是说,提高"工作回报"的满意度是提高整个工作满意度的关键内容。
Statistics shows that teachers job contentment in non-governmental universities is notably lower than that in governmental universities. This is based on a survey conducted in two universities in City C. The comparative analysis of the five factors in the survey denotes that teachers in non-govermnental universities have remarkably lower job contentment than those in governmental universities in terms of school management, working environment and salary. The regressive analysis indicates that salary contributes lineally, above the other factors, the most to teachers' job contentment. This therefore drives us to the conclusion that the rising of salary is the key to the increase of teachers' job contentment as a whole.
