摘要
目的:观察内异痛经颗粒对家兔子宫内膜异位症的影响。方法:采用移植家兔自身子宫内膜的方法造成子宫内膜异位症模型,观察内异痛经颗粒对家兔子宫内膜异位症模型全血粘度及异位内膜病理改变的影响。结果:内异痛经颗粒可以降低家兔子宫内膜异位症的全血粘度,减轻异位内膜病理改变。结论:提示内异痛经颗粒对子宫内膜异位症具有一定的治疗作用。
Objective： To observe the effect of Neiyitongjing granule（NYTJG） on endometriosis in rabbit. Method： The model of endometriosis in rabbit was induced with transplantation method, and the effect of NYTJG on the blood viscosity and ectopia endometfium＇state of pathology were studied Result： NYTJG can reduce blood viscosity and ectopia endometfium＇s tate of pathology in endometfiosis rabbit Conclusion： NYTJG can treat the endometfiosis of rabbit.
