摘要
野生大豆(G.soja)是豆科大豆属Soja亚属的唯一野生种,为了有效地保护我国的野生大豆资源,推动优异的野生大豆材料在育种及生物技术中的应用,以野生大豆无菌苗幼叶为外殖体,采用正交试验设计方法,对影响野生大豆丛生芽发生和生根诱导的因素进行比较研究。结果表明:适合野生大豆丛生芽诱导的培养基为MS+6-BA1.5mg·L-1+IBA2.0mg·L-1+NAA0.3mg·L-1,适合生根的培养基是1/2MS+IBA1.0mg·L-1+IAA1.2mg·L-1,在此条件下获得大量移栽成活的植株。
G. sofa is the only wild germplasm of Sofa subgenus,in order to protect G. sofa resource availably and expedite the application of excellent resource in breeding and blotechnology, young leaf of G. sofa was used as explants for rapid propagation, the effect of different culture medium and concentration of phytohormon on inducing caespitose shoots and roots of G. sofa was studied using an orthogonal experimental designed. The results showed that the best medium inducing caespitose shoots of G. sofa was MS + 6-BA 1.5 mg·L^-1 + IBA 2.0 mg·L^-1 + NAA 0.3 mg·L^-1 ,the proper rooting medium is 1/ 2 MS + IBA 1.0 mg·L^-1 + IAA 1.2 mg·L^-1 ,and many regeneration plantlets were obtained.
