摘要
目的:建立祛风巴布剂中青藤碱含量的测定方法。方法:色谱柱为ThermoHypersil-KeystoneC18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)。流动相为A(甲醇∶乙腈∶二乙胺=18∶14∶0.5)-B(水∶二乙胺=58∶0.6)为40∶60,柱温为25℃,流速为1.0ml/min,检测波长为262nm。结果:青藤碱在2.862×10-2~1.118mg/ml范围内,浓度与峰面积有良好的线性关系。平均回收率为100.90%,RSD=1.23%。三批样品的平均含量为59.726mg/片。结论:经方法学验证,本测定方法专属性强,精密度、重现性等均较好,可用于祛风巴布剂中青藤碱的含量测定。
Objective: To establish the method for the content determination of sinomenine in Qufeng Cataplasm. Methods: The column was Thermo Hypersil-Keystone C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm) ,the mobile phase was A(methanol:acetonitrile:diethylamine=18:14:0.5) -B(water:diethylamine=58:0.6) (40:60), the column temperature was 25℃, flow rate was 1.0 ml/min, and the detective wavelength was 262 nm. Results:There was a good linearity of sinomenine in the range of 2.862×10^-2~1.118mg/ml. The average recovery was 100.90% with RSD of 1.23%. The average content of sinomenine for three batchs samples was 59.726 mg/tablet. Conclusion:The method established in this article has good specificity, precision, reproducibility, and it can be used for the content determination of sinomenine in Qufeng Cataplasm.
