摘要
当前我国城镇灵活就业人员日益增多,原有的社会保障格局已不能应对城镇灵活就业人员的社会保障需求,其社会保障的缺失成为社会的不和谐因素。文章针对我国城镇灵活就业人员社会保障在政策法规、就业服务、社会保险、社会福利等方面存在的问题,提出了转变就业观念、制定相关法规、完善社会保险、优化就业服务等完善我国城镇灵活就业人员社会保障的对策。
At present, the number of the employees in township flexible employment is rapidly increasing in China, but the old social security system cannot meet the requirements of social security for these people, and this has become the disharmonious factors of the society. According to the problems of policies and regulations, employment service, social insurance and social welfare of the employees in township flexible employment, this paper presents the countermeasures such as changing the ideas about employment, formulating corresponding laws and rules, perfecting insurance laws and optimizing employment service for the further development of flexible employment of township.
