摘要
目的探讨Müller术治疗老年病人下肢浅静脉曲张术后复发的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析血管外科自1999年10月至2007年7月间收治的老年下肢浅静脉曲张术后复发病人46例,其中行Müller术45例,共76条肢体。结果45例术后均恢复良好,术后平均件院时间4.6±1.5d,随访10个月至7.7年,术后近期无出血及皮下血肿发生,色素沉着减轻或消失,湿疹样皮炎明显好转,无残留曲张静脉,3个月后切口痕迹消失,达到了较好的手术效果。结论采用Müller术治疗老年下肢浅静脉曲张术后复发,创伤小,恢复快,操作简练,疗效确切,尤其适合体质虚弱、合并多种并存病的老年病人。
Objectives To evaluate the Müller method for the treatment of recurrent lower-limb varicose veins in older people. Methods Data of 45 older patients with recurrent lower-limb varicose veins in 76 limbs who received Muller method therapy from Oct 1999 to Jul 2007 were retrospectively analyzed. Results All the 45 patients got a quick recovery. The mean hospitalization time was 4.6＋ 1.5d post-operatively. After the follow-up of 10 months to 7.7 years, no bleeding or hematoma was found; the pigmentation reduced or disappeared; and eczema was remarkably decreased in all cases. No remaining varicose veins were revealed. The incision scar became invisible 3 months later. The overall cosmetic effects were satisfactory. Conclusion MOiler method for the treatment of recurrent lower limb varicose veins in older people is characterized by mini-invasion, fast-recovery and good curative effects, especially for older infirm patients with multiple coexisting medical problems.
