摘要
目的探讨影响慢性重型肝炎预后的因素。方法将120例慢性重型乙型肝炎患者分为存活组和死亡组。对两组患者的年龄、血清总胆红素、凝血酶原活动度、血清总胆固醇、白蛋白及并发症与预后的关系进行对比分析。结果慢性重型乙型肝炎的预后与年龄、血清总胆红素、凝血酶原活动度、血清总胆固醇、白蛋白及并发症有关。结论年龄、血清胆红素、凝血酶原活动度、血清总胆固醇、白蛋白及并发症是影响慢性重型乙型肝炎预后的重要因素,对指导临床有一定价值。
Objective To analyze the factors affecting the prognosis of chronic severe hepatitis B cases. Methods There 120 patients with severe hepatitis B were seleceted and divided into improved group and death group. The factors affecting the prognosis including age,levels of serum total bilirubin（TBil）, prothrombin activity（ PTA）, cholesterol（ CH0）, albumin（ALB） and complications were analyzed. Results The prognosis of chronic severe hepatitis B was correlated with age, levels of TBil, PTA, CHO, ALB and complications. Conclusion The age,levels of TBil, PTA, CHO, ALB and complications are important factors affecting prognosis of hepatitis B cases.
