摘要 目的:探讨近视散光眼高阶像差的分布及其与某些因素的相关性。方法:利用WaveScan波前像差仪测量176名近视散光患者(351眼)各项波前像差,研究其平均值及其与球柱镜、曲率、眼压、年龄、角膜厚度及眼轴长度的相关性,以及配戴软性角膜接触镜对高阶像差的影响。结果:近视散光眼波前像差以低阶像差为主,高阶像差占总像差的4.96%,高阶像差以三阶C6、C7、C8、C9和四阶C12为主;总像差的RMS值(RMSg)与患者年龄、眼轴长度、球柱镜成正相关(P<0.05);高阶像差的RMS值(RM-Sh)与年龄成正相关(P<0.05),与球柱镜无相关性(P>0.05);高阶像差占总像差的百分比(H%)与眼轴长度及球镜成负相关(P<0.05);术前配戴软性角膜接触镜者,检查前1wk摘掉,其波前像差与未配戴角膜接触镜者差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:近视散光眼像差以低阶像差为主,高阶像差以三阶和四阶为主。影响总像差的因素主要有年龄、眼轴长度、球柱镜,影响高阶像差因素主要是年龄。 AIM. To explore the distribution of the higher order aberrations of myopia and to find some relationship between the wavefront aberrations and some factors. METHODS. Wavefront aberrations in 176 subjects (351 eyes) were taken by WaveScan aberrometer. We analyzed the mean of every aberration, the relationship between the aberrations and age, diopter of myopia and astigmatism, central corneal thickness et al, and the influence of wearing contact lens on aberrations. RESULTS. Most of the wavefront aberrations were lower order aberrations, the higher order aberrations took just4.96% of the whole aberration. C6, C7, C8, C9, and C12 werre important aberrations, other aberrations were near 0. RMSg had positive correlation with age, the axial length of eye ball, the sphere and cylinder (P 〈 0.05). RMSh had positive correlation with age ( P 〈 0.05) and had no correlation with the sphere and cylinder (P〉 0.05). H% had negative correlation with the axial length of eye ball and the sphere (P〈0.05). There was no influence of wearing contact lens as long as taking them off 1 week before wavefront examination ( P〉 0.05). CONCLUSION: Most of the wavefront aberrations are lower order aberrations, C6, C7, C8, C9 and C12 are important aberrations. The main influencing factors of RMSg are age, the axial length of eye ball, the sphere and cylinder. Age is an important factor to RMSh.
