肌肽和吡诺克辛防治大鼠糖尿病性白内障的比较 被引量:2

摘要 目的:比较肌肽和吡诺克辛防治大鼠糖尿病性白内障的作用。方法:以链脲佐菌素对大鼠进行糖尿病性白内障造型。动物分为3组,分别为肌肽组、吡诺克辛组和空白组。肌肽组和吡诺克辛组只对右眼治疗,左眼不治疗。组内对左、右眼病变进行比较,组间对各组动物左右眼病变的差值进行比较。结果:治疗后5wk,肌肽组和对照组的右眼与左眼间无显著性差异(P>0.05),吡诺克辛组的治疗眼病变显著低于不治疗眼(P=0.012)。吡诺克辛组显著低于对照组(P=0.005)和肌肽组(P=0.005),肌肽组与对照组无显著性差异(P>0.05)。6wk时肌肽组和对照组的右眼与左眼间无显著性差异(P>0.05),吡诺克辛组治疗眼病变显著低于不治疗眼(P=0.023)。吡诺克辛组显著低于肌肽组(P=0.011),吡诺克辛和肌肽与对照组间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:肌肽对防治大鼠糖尿病性白内障没有作用,而吡诺克辛有一定的作用。 AIM: To observe and compare the effects of carnosine and pirenoxine in prevention and treatment of diabetic cata ract. METHODS: Rats with diabetic cataract was induced by streptozotocin and were divided into 3 groups, including carnosine, pirenoxine and control group. Right eyes were treated and left eyes were not treated in carnosine and pirenoxine groups. The lesion of right and left eyes in the same group and the difference of right and left eye lesion in the different groups were compared. RESULTS: In 5 weeks after treatment, there was no difference between right and left eye lesion in carnosine and control group. The lesion of treated eyes was significant lower than that of untreated eyes (P= 0.012). The lesion of pirenoxine group was significant lower than that of carnosine (P = 0. 005) and control groups (P = 0. 005). There were no differences between carnosine group and control group. In 6th week, there was no difference between right and left eye lesion in carnosine and control group. The lesion of treated eyes was significant lower than that of untreated eyes (P= 0.023). The lesion of pirenoxine group was significant lower than that of carnosine ( P= 0.011 ). There were no differences in carnosine and pirenoxine groups with control group. CONCLUSION: Carnosine has no preventive and treatment effects on diabetic cataract, but pirenoxine has some effects.
