摘要
工程中普遍采用技术较为成熟的油阻尼器抑制斜拉桥拉索的面内及面外振动.在目前的技术水平条件下,试验仍然是评价阻尼器性能的主要手段.本文进行了双阻尼器及其实索固定装置组合系统足尺试验研究,其目的是为评估阻尼器安装在实桥上时的阻尼性能,主要是连接件缝隙等因素对阻尼性能的影响.其中拉索是用钢管模拟,并与作用器连接,以施加该阻尼器所适用拉索的自振频率及振幅范围内的正弦荷载.通过记录激振位移和阻尼力时程,以计算评估阻尼效果所需的等效阻尼系数.试验结果表明:阻尼器在实际安装状况下具有较好的阻尼性能,且都具有非线性特性.
One of the key techniques for building long span cable-stayed bridge is the mitigation of stay cable vibration, Mechanical dampers are widely used to mitigate in-plane and out-plane vibrations of long stay cables. In this study, two types ofoil dampers were tested by a full scale model. The damper performance test for evaluating the damping performance of dampers when they were installed to stay cables. The tested dampers were connected to the cable model via a full scale damper socket; and for one cable there were 2 dampers installed in perpendicular. The model cable was made by a steel pipe and it was connect to an actuator and was excited by a sine wave with a certain frequency and amplitude. The range of frequencies and amplitudes are corresponding to the lowest four modes frequencies and working amplitude of actual cable. The excitation displacement and damper force were measured and the equivalent damping was evaluated from the experimental results. The test results showed that both types of dampers have good performance and nonlinear damping characteristics.
