文章探讨了构建指标体系应遵循的几个主要原则和方法,在此基础上从实际出发构建了工程建设安全管理评价的指标体系,建立了工程建设安全管理评价的数学模型,将模糊综合评价方法运用到工程建设安全管理评价工作中,使决策更加科学化、简单化。
