摘要
In weak acid medium,a significant enhancement of resonance Rayleigh scattering(RRS) spectrum and new RRS spectra were observed when amikacin reacted with acid bisazo dye trypan blue and new RRS spectra with amaximum peak at 717nm.The characteristic of RRS spectra,the optimum conditions for the reaction and the influencing factors were studied.The concentration of amikacin in the range of 0~6.24μg/mL is linear to the resonance scattering intensity(IRRS)at 717nm.The detection limit(3σ) of this method for Amikacin Sulphate is 9.2 ng·mL-1.Therefore,a simple,high sensitivity,good selectivity and repeat method for the determination of Amikacin Sulphate injection samples by RRS is developed with satisfactory results.
