摘要
介绍了多模态智能控制在白内障超声乳化手术中的应用;该智能控制器硬件以DSP为核心,软件采用模糊-专家控制技术,它可根据模式识别系统提供的白内障晶状体核的不同硬度级别和体积大小,智能化地实现超声乳化能量模式的自动选择及相关参数的自动控制,可最大限度地提高超声能量的利用率,确保手术的高效和安全;仿真结果表明,所设计的多模态智能控制器可满足预定的控制要求,证明该方案是可行的。
The application of multi--mode intelligent control in cataract ultrasound emulsification operation is introduced. Hardware of the expert controller takes DSP as core, the fuzzy--expert control technology is adopted in the software. According to differ hardness grade and cubage of cataract nucleus lentis from pattern recognition system, the expert controller can realize the intellectualized select of ultrasound emulsification energy mode and automation of correlative parameter, boost the efficiency of ultrasound energy as far as possible, ensure high efficiency and safety of surgical operation. The simulation results showed that the multi--mode intelligent controller meets the requirements of control, the control scheme is available.
