摘要
针对当今工业现场实际,过程控制复杂,具有慢时变、分布参数、非线性、大时滞特性,难以精确描述数学模型,很难达到自动控制的目的;提出了一种多模态集成智能控制方案:将专家控制、神经模糊控制集成在一起,通过对复杂工业对象THJ-3装置进行仿真和实时控制实验,取得了满意的控制效果。
For the fact that complex industrial process plants with large -scale, time varying behavior, nonlinear, multi - disturbance, and multi - objective, it is hard to develop practical mathematical models, and the complex plants are difficult to control automatically. Therefore, a new type of synthetic multimode intelligent control method is proposed by integrating expert control with neural fuzzy network control, and used in real complex industrial process plants ( THJ - 3 ). The results of simulation and the application show the satisfaction and the effectiveness of the proposed control system.
