摘要
对证施教是对照职业资格证书的知识、能力、素质要求组织实施教学。高职院校实施对证施教教学模式是可行而且必要的。对证施教教学改革是一个系统工程。它包括五个环节,一是开展市场调查,明确人才培养目标定位;二是引进职业资格证书标准,明确高技能的具体要求;三是积极开展课程整合和教学内容整合,建立具有高职特色的教学内容体系;四是开发实训项目和教材,建设实训平台,为职业技能的形成提供有效保障;五是改革考试制度,科学评价学生技能。
The certificate-requiring teaching means to teach the related contents according to a certificate requires in knowledge, ability, and quality. It is doable and necessary to do this sort of teaching in higher vocational and technical colleges. It is a systematic reform, including five sections. Firstly, to do a market investigation so as to know exactly what kind of talents we would train; secondly, to introduce the standard of vocational qualification credentials so as to know exactly what kind of professional skills we would teach.
