摘要
本文结合实践简要地讨论了个体软件过程的框架及过程定义,并且详细的阐述了它的实施过程,侧重于企业中有关软件过程中的微观优化,利用个体软件过程提高个体的编程能力,从而提高软件的质量。
The paper introduces the frame work of Personal Software Process（PSP） , the definition of Process and how to put it into practice, in particular, focuses on enterprise software in the process of micro--optimization. The use of the Personal Software Process enhances the ability of individual programming and improves the quality of software.
