摘要
目前国内性骚扰的发生机率较高,应引起国人的注意。为加深大家对性骚扰的全面认识,作者对性骚扰的发生机率、历史、分类、表现、特点、诱因、危害等均有详细的叙述,并从性医学、性心理学、性社会学、性教育学与性法学等多角度对其进行分析。关于自我保护,作者提出要加强防范意识,采取主动应付态度,机智勇敢脱离侵害,巧妙运用自卫术等是防范性骚扰的行之有效的具体方法。作者认为目前是一个信息化高速度的时代,使用计算机和网络进行性骚扰是一个新的动向,建议规范网络管理。作者呼吁反"性骚扰"要尽快专项立法,加强综合治理,要为构建法制健全、环境祥和的和谐社会而努力。
There exists a high occurrence rate of sexual harassment in China nowadays,which merits our attention.In order to foster full understanding of sexual harassment among people,the author details the occurrence rate,history,category,manifestation,features,causes and harm of sexual harassment,and analyzes it from medical,psychological,sociological,educational and legal perspective.As for self-protection,the author suggests some effective means,including fostering self-protection awareness,taking active attitude,escaping harassment in a wise and brave way,applying self-protection tactics.The author also believes that applying computer and internet for conducting harassment will become the new trend in the information era,which needs the reinforcement of internet management and monitoring.The corresponding laws should be drafted and put into effect to check the overflow of sexual harassment in order to create a harmonious and safe social envioroment.
