摘要
目的:观察综合护理在缺血性中风的针药结合运动功能训练治疗中的作用。方法:将该院2013年1月—2014年4月住院的缺血性中风患者96例采用随机数字表法随机分为治疗组和对照组各48例。对照组采用针药结合康复训练的治疗方法进行治疗,治疗组在对照组的治疗基础上配以综合护理。治疗结束后观察两组的疗效及平均治疗时间。结果:治疗组总有效率为91.67%,对照治总有效率为77.08%,治疗组总有效率明显优于对照组,P<0.05。治疗组平均治疗时间为(56.71±10.21)d,对照组平均治疗时间为(73.45±9.38)d,治疗组的平均治疗时间明显短于对照组,P<0.05。结论:综合治理护理干预可有效提高缺血性中风的临床疗效,并可有效缩短治疗时间。
Objective ： To observe the effect of comprehensive nursing care on treating ischemic stroke with acupuncture, traditional Chinese medicine and motion functional training. Methods ： 96 cases of ischemic stroke patients in our hospital were randomly divided into treatment and control groups by the random number method, 48 cases in each group. The treatment group used acupuncture, traditional Chinese medicine, motion functional training and comprehensive nursing care. The control group was treated with acupuncture, traditional Chinese medicine and motion functional training. After treated, the effect and the treatmenttime of two groups was observed and compared. Results ： The total effective rate of treatment group （ 91.67% ）was obviously superior to that （ 77.08% ）of control group （ P〈0.05 ）. The treatmenttime of treatment group （ 56.71 ± 10.21 ） d was less than that （ 73.45 ±9.38 ） d of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion ： Comprehensive nursing care has certain effect on ischemic stroke.
