摘要
采用化学法和酶法相结合的分离方法,由新鲜脱脂米糠细胞壁物质中碱提分离出半纤维素C,经鉴定其单糖组成为阿拉伯糖(14.5%),木糖(61.2%),葡萄糖(11.7%)和半乳糖(12.7%)。结合蛋白的氨基酸组成同游离米糠蛋白有较大差异,半纤维素C主要由39.6万和25.3万Da两种分子量组分组成。
Rice bran hemicellulose C was isolated from defatted rice bran. Its sugar composition was comprised of arabinose, xylose, glucose and galactose with a proportion of 14.5% :61.2%:11.7%:12.7%. The amino acid composition of its glycoproteins was quite different from that of free rice bran protein. The molecule weight of hemicellulose B mainly comprised 396000 and 253000Da.
