摘要 介绍了高精度、低成本测量RTD阻值的方法,由一片高分辨率模数转换器和2个电阻构成分压式测量电路,不需要精密电压源或电流源,测量精度和分辨率在整个RTD测温范围内分别可达±0.1℃和±0.01℃;分析了产生误差的因素与克服方法:输入噪声电压、分压电阻R1的精度和漂移、RTD工作电流引入的热效应、电源噪声,给出了采样参考程序。 A low cost, high accuracy solution for measuring RTD resistance has been proposed. Ratiometric Measurement Circuit is composed by 1 AD converter and 2 resistances. The accuracy and temperature resolution,which do not depend on an accurate reference voltage or current source, can achieve ± 0. 1℃ and ± 0. 01℃ respectively. Factors,which can cause error, have been analyzed and corresponding solution has been given: input noise voltage, accuracy and drift of Ratiometric resistance, self-heat of RTD. At last,it presents sampling reference program.
