摘要
介绍了一些世界先进技术在连铸领域的应用情况,重点有:日本新日铁的多模式电磁搅拌技术、面压下技术和高难度复合钢板坯连铸新工艺及克鲁斯的全陶瓷覆层连铸机结晶器技术等。分析认为,目前还是要依靠传统的板坯和大方坯连铸机的技术创新来生产高品质、高附加值的钢铁产品。
Thls paper introduces the application conditions of some world- advanced technologies in the field of continuous casting, including of the multiple - model electromagnetic stirring technique of Nippon Steel Corporation and the face reduction technique, the new composite steel slab continuous casting technique with high difficulty and the continuous caster mould technique covering with fully ceramic coating of Corus, and points out it is now also depends on technology innovation of traditional slab and bloom continuous caster to produce high quality and high value - added products.
