摘要
采用力学试验、光学电镜(OM)、场发射扫描电镜(SEM)和能谱分析(EDS)等方法对工业热连轧生产304/Q235B热轧复合卷板的力学性能、显微组织以及接合面夹杂物与析出进行了分析,结果表明,热连轧生产的304+Q235B热轧复合卷板的力学性能、晶间腐蚀性能均满足技术要求,剪切强度良好。基板Q235B的显微组织为铁素体/珠光体类型,还含有少量贝氏体,覆层为典型的奥氏体类型,局部呈现孪晶形貌,接合面附近存在约40μm宽的脱碳层。接合面处存在少量小尺寸硅、锰的氧化物夹杂,伴随铬的碳化物附着析出;覆层不锈钢仅在晶界处有少量细微析出,保证了良好的耐晶间腐蚀性能。
In this study, tensile test, optical microscopy (OM), field emission scanning electron microscope (SEM), and energy dispersion spectrum (EDS) are used to analyze the mechanical properties, microstructure and inclusions and pre- cipitates characteristics at the interface. Results show that 304/Q235B hot rolled clad steel coil manufactured using hot roll- ing line has a good performance in combined mechanical properties, intergranular corrosion property and shear strength. Mi- crostructure of Q235B mainly consists of ferrite and perlite, with a little amount of Bainite, while that of 304 stainless steel consists of deformed austenite with part of twin crystal morphology. There is a 40 μm wide decarburized layer near the in- terface, as well as a little amount of oxide inclusion containing Si and Mn, and carbide precipitates of Cr adhere to them. Only a small amount of Cr-containing precipitates has been found on the grain houndaries, which guarantees the good interg- ranular corrosion property of 304 stainless steel.
