摘要
针对锅炉烟气中SO2排放浓度超标的问题,比较了干法脱硫和湿法脱硫技术的优缺点,选择了LS氨法喷雾脱硫技术——以合成氨装置回收的低浓度氨水为吸收剂进行锅炉烟气脱硫,并制得硫酸铵产品。介绍了LS氨法喷雾脱硫技术的工艺流程,针对投运后存在的问题实施了改进措施;粉煤锅炉监测数据表明,烟尘排放浓度和SO2排放量均小于国家允许排放标准,2台锅炉的脱硫效率分别达到94.8%和98.2%。
In allusion to the problems for exceeding the standard requirement of SO2 discharge density in boiler flue gas, author has compared the advantages/shortages of dry method de-sulfur technology with wet method de-sulfur technology; has selected the spraying de-sulfur technology by LS ammonia method taking the low density ammonia water recovered from ammonia synthesis plant as the absorbent to make the de-sulfur of boiler flue gas and to produce the ammonium sulfate product, Author has introduced the process flow for spraying de-sulfur technology by LS ammonia method, in allusion to the existed problems after putting into operation, the improving measures have been executed; the supervising data from pulverized coal boiler indicate that both flue dust discharge density and SO2 discharge quantity are smaller than discharge standard requirement allowed by state,The de-sulfur efficience for two boilers can separately reach to 94. 8% and 98.2%.
