摘要
针对催化气分、加氢、重催及重整车间气压机组用油存在的问题,分析查找了问题存在的原因及影响因素,以抗乳化性能为重点开展模拟试验及相关性能的分析评定,研究了相应的解决办法并提出了预防措施。
The compressor oil for catalytic -gas fractionation unit, residue fluid catalytic cracking unit , hydrogenising unit and reforming unit has some problems, the reasons and effect factors were analysed in this paper, many simulated tests were carried out and some relative properties were analysed. At last some solutions and precautionary measures were put forward.
