船用油水洗后的油相与水相组成研究

摘要 船用润滑油遇水会发生乳化,致使船用油的清净分散性、抗水洗性以及抗磨损性等变差。采用橡胶薄膜渗析、硅胶氧化铝柱色谱层析,结合多种极性非极性溶剂,对船用油水洗测试后的油相进行梯度冲淋分离,分析船用油水洗后的油相与水相组成。结果表明,水分破坏了船用油中硫化烷基酚盐类清净分散剂的结构,船用油中大量稳定的碳酸钙胶核体系被破坏进入水相,导致船用润滑油碱值下降。 Emulsification occurs when marine oil is mixed with water, leading to the deterioration of detergent dispersant performance, water resistance and abrasion resistance. By using a variety of polar or non - polar solvents to rush drench the oir phase of the marine lubricating oil after water resistance test, then rubber membrane dialysis and silica gel alumina col- umn chromatography were used to analyze the composition of oil phase and water phase after water resistance test, The results showed that water might destroy the structure of sulfurized atkylphenol in marine oil, lots of CaCO3 colloidal particles were eluted from the oil phase, resulting in a decrease in alkali value of marine oil.
