摘要
PBL教学法是一种新式教学方法,在医学教育中已有应用经验,但在神经病学实习教学中应用PBL教学经验较少。介绍了在神经病学实习教学中PBL教学法的具体实施过程:教师的准备、问题设计及病例选择、学生的知识准备、教师督促PBL教学的实施、教师进行总结。实践证明在神经病学教学中可以应用PBL教学法。还论述了PBL教学法在神经病学实习教学中应用的必要性、可行性、效果及存在的问题。
PBL is a new teaching method, and there are some application experience in the medical education. But there are few expriences of PBL in neurology practice teaching. This paper introduces the concrete implementation of PBL in neurology practice teaching: teacher preparation, design problems and selecting cases, the students' preparation for knowledge, teachers' supervision in the implementation in addition, other aspects in PBL is also explored, which involve its necessity, feasibility, effectiveness and the existing problems in the application of the PBL teaching in neurology practice teaching.
