摘要
以丙酮、甲醛和亚硫酸钠为主要原料合成磺化丙酮甲醛缩聚物减水剂(SAF),阐述了其化学反应原理,用单因素方法优化合成工艺参数,对掺加SAF混凝土的性能进行了研究。结果表明,最佳工艺条件下合成的SAF具有比萘系减水剂更高的减水率和良好的新拌混凝土保坍性能。
Sulfonated acetone-formaldehyde condensation polymer water reducing agent (SAF) is synthesized taking acetone, formahlehyde and sodium sulfite as main raw materials and its chemical reaction principle is expounded. Study is also made on performance of concrete adding SAF using single factor method to optimize the synthesis process parameter. The result indicates that SAF synthesized under optimal process conditions has higher water reduction rate than naphthalene series water reducing agent and has better resistance to slump of green concrete.
