高浓度煤浆的制备和流变性的研究 Ⅰ.改质温度对煤浆性质的影响 被引量:13

摘要 研究了三种褐煤和一种年轻烟煤在不同热改质温度下的成浆性及浆体流变特性的变化。发现低温热改质(200~300℃)可大幅度降低煤浆的表观粘度,提高煤浆中煤的浓度,从而显著改善煤之成浆性。视煤变质程度不同,年轻烟煤的浆体中最高煤浓度可提高7%(W),褐煤尤其是年轻褐煤可提高10%(W)以上。同时水煤浆的流变特性和浆体静态稳定性随原煤热改质温度变化均表现出一定的变化规律。200~300℃是热改质煤浆性质发生剧烈变化的温度区,300℃是浆体性质发生转变的转折点。 Several low- rank coals and one bituminous coal were thermally upgraded. The changes of the rheological behaviour of coal water slurries were investigated in detail. The results indicated that the upgrading of low-rank coals in the temperature range of 200~300℃ sharply decreases the apparent viscosity and results in a large increase in the maximum coal loading of their slurries.Dependent on coal rank,the maxiumu coal loading can be increased by about 5%for bituminous coal and above 10%for young lignite, respectively. Peak temperatures for the changes of apparent viscosity or maximum coal loading of slurries with these investigated coals were obtained from their corresponding differential analyses. The characteristics of the rheological behaviour and static stability of the thermally upgraded low-rank coal water slurries and their changes with temperature were also discussed in detail.
