摘要
为了开发新型管道焊接技术,采用热模拟方法和显微组织分析技术,研究了一种Ni基Si、B非晶箔带在16Mn钢瞬时液相扩散焊(TLP)时的扩散行为。结果表明,该非晶合金箔带作为中间层,在试验焊接条件下具有较强的扩散能力,形成了冶金结合,但其成分设计还需要进一步优化,以提高扩散能力。
The diffusion behavior of Nitmer-Si-B amorphous foil for transient liquid phase bonding of 16Mn low-alloy steel was studied in order to develop new welding technique by the methods of the welding thermal simulation technique and microstructure analysis. The results show that diffusion ability of the Nitmcf-Si-B amorphous foil is better under the condition of experiments. Metallurgical joint is obtained between the intermediate foil and base metal. But the diffusion ability of amorphous foil needs improving continually by means of adjust composition.
