摘要
针对输油、输气等支线管在传统焊接方式中存在的一些弊端,研究了管道瞬时液相扩散焊接技术。针对输油支线管20钢φ76mm管道,采用铁镍合金的中间层,对其进行瞬时液相扩散焊接试验,并进行了拉力弯曲试验和扫描电镜、硬度实验、电子探针等分析了钢管表面硬度、焊缝金相组织。结果得到稳定的焊接参数,焊接温度为1235℃,焊接压力为7MPa时,可以获得高于母材力学性能的接头,对管道焊接质量、焊接效率有一定的提高。
According to the welding some drawbacks exist in the way in the traditional oil,gas and other branch pipe,the pipe transient liquid phase diffusion welding technology.The oil line pipe steel 20, φ76 mm diameter pipe, the intermediate layer is made of iron nickel alloy, the transient liquid phase diffusion welding test, and the tensile bending test, hardness test and scanning electron microscope,electron probe analysis of the microstructure,surface hardness of weld pipe.Resuhs stable welding parameters,welding temperature is 1 250 ℃ ,welding pressure is 7 MPa,can get the joint is higher than the mechanical functions of the base materials, welding can improve efficiency of pipeline welding quality.
