摘要
根据PWM-Buck型电子束焊机(EBW)高压稳定电源的工作原理,通过SABER仿真,全面分析了霍尔传感器电压测量系统的各特性参数对该稳定电源PID控制系统性能的影响,提出了设计或应用霍尔传感器的一些基本规则和必须注意的问题,为设计一个性能优异的PWM-Buck型EBW-HVS奠定基础。
The Hall sensor's characteristic parameters have great influences to the PID control performance of the PWM-Buck type stabilized high-voltage source (HVS) for election beam welder (EBW). Using SABER simulation, these influences are extensively and intensively studied. Some design rules and application principles of the Hall sensor and its measuring system are proposed, These rules provide a basis for the design of a high quality EBW stabilized HVS.
