摘要
在对多台焊接设备的控制中,为了实现多路计算机控制信号的隔离传输,设计了一种高精度的10V线性隔离放大电路,采用DC/DC隔离直流电源模块提供4路直流电源。该电路采用了价格低廉的LM324运放集成电路和光耦TLP521-2,实现了16路10 V线性模拟信号的隔离传输。实验结果表明,该电路精度高、失真小,特别适合工业控制,尤其是大电流和有电磁干扰的工业现场控制。
In order to implement isolation transferring of multi-channel signals in the control of welding equipments, a precision linear 10 V circuit of optical isolation was designed. The four DC power supplies which are isolated each other are developed by using of DC/DC power supply isolation modules. The cheaper operational circuits LM324 and the photocouplers TLP521-2 are used, and the linear analog signals in the sixteen channels are transferred accurately in the circuit. The experiment results show that the circuit has the advantages of high precision and little linear distortion. It adapts to the application of industry field controlling and the occasion that there is high current and electromagnetism jamming especially.
