摘要
文章对以皮革、橡胶、布料、塑料等为主的轻工业垃圾,按照实际混合组成比例及相应的单一组分分别进行了燃烧特性实验研究。结果表明:皮革、布料、橡胶、塑料类燃料挥发分含量均较高,挥发分的析出都呈现连续、快速的特点,同时它们的混合物也具有良好的着火特性和燃烬特性。混合物质在热重分析仪中的燃烧特性是简单的单组分燃烧特性的叠加关系。
Combustion characteristics of mixed solid wastes (SWs) were investigated by means of thermogravimetry. Results showed that the typical mixed SWs were gasified and combusted quickly and continuously. The combustion characteristics of mixed SWs in thermogravimetric analyzer can be described by plus of the combustion characteristics of every constitute in it. So the proper combustion of volatized gases should be emphasized during the design process of suitable incineration technology.
