摘要
本文从研究企业职工的情绪、感情、需求、欲望等心理状态出发,认为运用激发、诱导的心理学方法,提高管理艺术加强心理管理是企业职工工作效率提高的有效途径。
Based on the studies of the psychological states: mood, feelings, needs, desire and etc. the article confirms that the efficient way to promote the productive efficiency of the enterprise workers and staff is to apply motivation and temptation psychological approach and improve management skill and reinforce psychological management.
